Lindy Emrich has been a full-time real estate agent for more than fifteen years, specializing in residential sales in Marin County. Lindy was raised in Barrington, Illinois, outside Chicago. She attended Emma Willard School in Troy, NY, the University of Colorado in Boulder, The New York School in Interior Design in New York City, and the College of Marin where she took advanced real estate classes. She has lived in Marin County since 1973 and currently lives in San Rafael with her husband Peter and she has three children, Michael, James and Mallory.

After working in international public relations and as an interior designer, Lindy joined Scott-McCall Realtors in 1974, becoming one of their leading agents. She left in 1978 to raise a family. Being a mother kept her active in the community through her children's schools, volunteer work and interior design consulting.

In 1989, when all three of her children were in school, Lindy came back to real estate, joining TRI Realtors. She immediately won TRI's most prestigious sales awards. With the merger of TRI and Prudential, Lindy was named a Director of Prudential's Fine Properties-Estates Division and a representative of Sotheby International Real Estate. Her sales volume continually earned her awards placing her in the top 1% of Prudential's agents nationwide and one of the top 100 agents in California. Due to Lindy's distinguished Real Estate Career and her work on behalf of her neighborhood and community, she received the designation of Senior Marketing Consultant. With the acquisition by Coldwell Banker, Lindy's continued production gave her Coldwell Bankers's designation of International Presidential Elite, representing the top 1% worldwide. In March 1999, Lindy helped start the new office of Pacific Union Residential Brokerage in Greenbrae.

Lindy has represented clients with properties ranging from under one hundred thousand to several million dollars. In 1992, one of her listings was selected as the Marin Designer Showcase. She continues to represent many of Marin's most prestigious homes.

Lindy really cares about her clients. She is able to combine her unique marketing and design background with professional expertise to provide creative solutions and results.
